The phenology network in the United Kingdom.
There are over 50,000 active recorders (volunteers) currently distributed across the UK collecting plant (tree), animal, and insect phenological data and contributing to a national phenology database. The data is used to support UK climate change research. A collaboration of The Woodland Trust and the Centre for Ecology & Hydrology to monitor and evaluate changes to nature's events.
