Growing trees and turf in the same landscape can initiate many problems for the site manager or owner. Chief among the many problems are understanding tree biology, site resource dynamics, physical space in and on the soil, and the manipulation of light resources. These problems in tree / turf culture are reviewed in other publications in this series. This publication reviews a number of other serious problems associated with tree and turf culture.
