This webcast highlights the concepts in the book, "Planning the Urban Forest: Ecology, Economy, and Community Development," which was recently developed by the American Planning Association (APA) in collaboration with the International Society of Arboriculture (ISA) and American Forests (AF), with support from the U.S. Forest Service.  The webcast presenters address the need for planners to adopt a green infrastructure approach and present guidelines for incorporating trees into the planning process.  This is a webinar resource.  Length: 37 minutes.
