Forests and People
This brochure describes the various methods for forest management. It is intended for private landowners. It encourages establishing a plan for your wood lot that is good for the forests visual qualities, as well as wildlife habitat. It also introduces silviculture, the process for tending imature trees and establishing new trees in the forest.
