Dogwood Decline
Many factors affect the health of the native flowering dogwood, but proper management can help control these issues.
During stressful times, the dogwood is less resistant to ecological factors, insect attacks, and fungal infection. This factsheet helps plant owners defend against these adverse factors. In some cases, replacement with non-native Kousa dogwood may be necessary.
