The City of Clifton had taken advantage of two incentive grants from the New jersey Separtmetn of Environmental Protection, Divison of Parks and Forestry, Community Forestry Program. This booklet gives the details of both of their grants, a 5-years street-tree management plan and the production of this booklet to educate citizens about the value of shade trees and encourage more active support for the Shade Tree Program
