Learn what tree species to plant to avoid new pest threats on their way to Kentucky. Hear success stories about local community tree planting and management projects. Learn how you can select, acquire, plant and manage trees in our community to best impact quality of life. The program includes a box lunch and finishes the day with a tree walk in Yew Dell's arboretum. As the saying goes, one generation plants the trees and the next generation enjoys the shade!
